Tourist Visa Requirements:
Passport, signed and valid for 6 months beyond intended stay.
3 Visa Application form, completed and signed.
3 Recent Passport-Sized Photographs.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Copy of recent bank statement or letter from bank verifying applicant has sufficient funds.

Business Visa Requirements:
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond intended stay.
3 Visa Application form, fully completed and signed.
3 Passport-Sized photographs required.
Copy of round trip airline tickets or letter from travel agent confirming round trip tickets will be issued.
A business Letter of Guarantee is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Chad/ Visa Section/ Washington D.C. That must clearly explain the purpose of travel; Guarantee of financial support for the visit and return transportation; the letter should be signed by an officer or manager of the company, other than the applicant.
